Professional Baseball Comming to Omaha in 2013

In a news conference today the Commissioner of Full Count Baseball, Shoeless Joe, announced that Omaha Nebraska has been chosen to be one of the new cities that will be awarded a team.  The Ownership is made up of three very successful Omaha business men, Warren Buffet of  Berkshire Hathaway; Joe Ricketts the founder of Ameritrade; Walter Scott of Peter Kiewit Sons.  They have named Kearney Nebraska native, Eric Myers, to run the team.  The ownership group along with Myers have yet to hold a news conference but it has been rumored it is because they are still deciding on where they will play their games at.  That decision should be made by the first part of next week after City Council meeting that will discuss possible stadium locations.
